“ Came for the popular egg tart egg waffle and it was overall good but not something I would wait an hour for (which is the usual wait time). Staff was aloof and while focused on their work, they weren't friendly with customers. The space is wheelchair and baby stroller accessible, on a bright note. However, seating area is rather narrow and not very comfortable when there is a line of people waiting for their orders, which is common. In the end, good with many areas for operational and experiential improvement. ”
“ Ok i see why it takes so long but man i wish i didnt have to wait so long. The egg tart one definitely was worth the wait. Fresh and hot and so tasty! They have seating area if you need but these kids work hard there. Id go back to try matcha and the other limited flavors! A bit costly but very filling snack when you are hungry! ”
“ The egg waffles and pineapple bun were so light and delicious! I'd def come back to get more~ i also really enjoyed the lemon green tea! The perfect balance of tartness and sweetness~ also very refreshing! ”
“ When walking through the mall, you can't miss it cause it smells amazing! Process is pretty quick, can order with cashier or through the machine. It is pricey but really good legit HK style milk tea. Love the flaky buttery pineapple bun , comes out fresh and warm! ”
“ Although we didn't get a drink here, it's all about their Pineapple Butter Bun ($3.65). Once you're inside, the sweet aroma of the baked goods surround you. They also have various options for egg waffles too, but just tried the pineapple bun, which was delicious. It is warm and soft sandwiching a chunk of butter to give it an extra creaminess. It's the perfect snack while strolling around Flushing. ”
“ This place has one of the best HK Milk Tea. The velvet milk tea is very smooth. The egglets (bubble waffles) are soft in the inside. The warm pineapple bun with a slab of butter is delicious though not good for folks with high cholesterol. The lemon tea brings back childhood memories. You go to the kiosks to order using a debit/credit card or go to the counter to pay in cash. The employees call your number to have you come pick up your items. Go enjoy! ”
“ Nestled inside Tangram, Cuppa Tea is quite the bustling spot (a testament to its popularity, no doubt). Today, it was pretty full, likely due to people trying to take advantage of their BOGO deal for their jelly sago drinks. Despite the long crowd of people, the convenience of ordering through their kiosk made the experience smooth and efficient. Impressively, our orders came out pretty quickly and stayed true to the estimated time provided through their text. I opted for the Ocean Blue Pineapple Jelly Sago and the Sweet Grape Jelly Sago. Both drinks were delightfully mild in flavor, perfect for a refreshing summer treat. The Ocean Blue didn't really have a particular flavor--just a mild, almost coconut water-like taste. Meanwhile, the Sweet Grape had a mildly artificial grape taste, reminiscent of weirdly refreshing liquid medicine, and, true to its name, was definitely on the sweeter side. We got regular sugar for both and less ice, which balanced the flavors nicely. The best part? The total for both drinks came to $7.6, making it a fantastic deal at $3.8 per drink. Considering the quality and the cool-down factor, it's a bargain you can't pass up. Overall, the drinks were pretty decent--nothing particularly noteworthy but refreshing. Cuppa Tea is definitely worth a visit if you're in the area and craving a mild, refreshing beverage. Perfect for beating the summer heat! ”
“ The sweet aroma from this store got me hooked! Whenever I walk through the tangram mall I see a long line for this place.. so of course I have to line up too! I got their: -pineapple bun with butter: warm and delicious. Not sure if I'm a fan of the butter slab but the bun was not too sweet = perfect -HK milk tea: absolutely delicious and not too sweet! Would come back! ”
